Onsite Property Management

Waller Group offers onsite property management for communities over 80-120 units. As an owner and manager Waller Group understand the redundant expenses larger management companies charge. Our Onsite property management is coupled with owner consulting on an as-needed basis, eliminating the expenses of additional layers of management. In secondary and tertiary markets many of the properties we manage have an onsite resident manager while back office and accounting is managed through the Waller Group Corporate office in Dallas. This requires an onsite visit from regional management to determine the feasibility of Onsite or Coordinated offsite management consulting.
