Logan Waller

Owner & Founder

Logan Waller founded the Waller Group in 2006. Waller Group was created with a primarily focus on the disposition of residential REO homes for most of the major banks and servicers prior to and following the financial crisis of 2008. As the financial crisis subsided Waller Group Property Management was formed in 2012 for private equity and principle investors of single family investment properties. Logan pivoted the residential full service brokerage division of Waller Group Properties to focus on the sale of boutique multifamily properties in 2015. In 2015 Waller Group Property Management broadened their management services to include Waller Group multifamily acquisitions. In 2017 Waller Group Property Management broadened their management services to include 3rd party management for boutique multifamily buildings. Logan is passionate about improving quality of life for residents of workforce and affordable housing through participation in non profit entities coupled with innovative solutions for affordable housing.

Sabrina Hanstrom

Director of Property Management

As a 28-year expert in property management, Sabrina has vast experience in fee management contracts, capital improvement and rehab, residential leasing, market analysis, as well as budgeting and forecasting. She is affiliated with the Dallas, Tarrant County, Bryan-College Station, and Rio Grande Valley Apartment Associations. Sabrina is creative in her strategies and is a skilled problem-solver when it comes to improving property performance. As the Director of Waller Group Property Management, she offers the knowledge and commitment necessary to oversee projects from conception to completion.

Drew Kroencke

Financial Controller

Drew Kroencke joined WGPM in 2019, and is a highly accomplished and results-driven accounting professional with a strong track record of property management accounting methods and information systems. His skillset includes financial reporting, strategic planning, cash flow management and analysis, budgeting, cost analysis, forecasting, internal controls, due diligence, variance analysis, multiple project management, lender relations, consolidations and client/investor relations. He has proven his proficiency in undertaking difficult mandates and meeting tight deadlines in property management accounting and finance.

In addition to his six plus years in the industry, Drew has experience in providing tax, audit, financial and consulting services to a diversified clientele with a strong emphasis on residential real estate.

Laura Hickman

HR, Marketing & Recruitment

Laura joined the WGPM team in February of 2022. Although this is her introduction to Property Management, she has quickly proven herself to be an asset of the company by her diligent work ethic, detail-oriented persona, and empathetic outlook. Laura is well versed in recruiting, social media management and has worked diligently in updating all office policies and procedures, streamlining efficient processes, branding, and building on company culture. Her creativity is expressed by her passion for writing and creating music. WGPM is very fortunate to have acquired Laura on our team as our designated Human Resources Coordinator.
